How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also view your order status by logging into your Sony Music Store account and clicking on 'Order History'.

What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?

We accept returns for damaged or defective physical media within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened vinyl and CDs cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Digital downloads are non-refundable.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.

I pre-ordered an album. When will it ship?

Pre-ordered items are scheduled to ship on or near the official release date. If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.

How do I access my digital download after purchase?

After completing your purchase, a download link will be sent to your registered email address. You can also access your digital files directly from the 'My Library' section of your account profile.
